Walking Meditation

About the event

A stroll in one of the most beautiful parts of Monmouth County along the Navesink River in Hartshorne Woods. This one hour walk will take us through the Brushwood Point and Portland Place sections of Hartshorne Woods.

What to bring?

Bring sturdy shoes or boots; the terrain is a bit hilly in spots.

Please note that the address says Rumson, but the meeting place is off Hartshorne Rd. in Middletown.
