About the event

Watercolor Wednesday is a weekly sober painting class hosted by AQUI in collaboration with The Phoenix. Each session explores a different approach to watercolor—ranging from painting from imagination, to observational studies, to portraits from photos. The class is designed for all levels, with a focus on building skills while creating in community. All materials are provided, and the emphasis is on having fun, experimenting, and supporting one another in a creative, recovery-friendly space.

What to bring?

- Refillable water bottle - Clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on (or an apron) - OPTIONAL: Painting supplies if you have your own preference - OPTIONAL: Sketchbook to drum up ideas
