Myo Reps Hypertrophy Class Looking to build muscle and push your limits? This weightlifting class uses the Myo Reps technique to maximize hypertrophy in less time. We'll start with a 12-rep activation set, followed by 3–6 short sets taken close to failure with just 15–20 seconds rest in between. All experience levels welcome—come ready to lift and grow stronger together!
