Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice where poses are held for longer periods, inviting rest, stillness, and mindful awareness. This approach supports flexibility and joint mobility by gently engaging deep connective tissues, while offering space to slow down and support nervous system regulation. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, use props, modify, or rest at any time—choice and comfort are always centered. Optional community time is offered after class for those who wish to connect or sit together in a supportive space.
