Come chill with candlelit restorative Yoga. You will use props like blocks, pillows, and blankets to unwind and tune into your body’s natural state of being. In Yin Yoga we will do about 6-8 poses total and hold each posture for around 5-7 minutes.
The studio has blocks and a limited amount of blankets but not many pillows so please bring your own pillow! Wear comfy clothes like sweatpants, a t shirt, and socks (if your feet get cold). You may also want to bring your own blanket.
Enter the studio through the back and do your best to arrive early!
