This gathering is formatted to be a 12-step style meeting for the first half, then move into yoga for the second half. It is an open, inclusive, trauma-informed practice for every body! The yoga is restorative and, combined with the breath, gives the nervous system a reset. Alternative options will be given for comfortability and ease.
You are welcome to bring your mat, water, props, a blanket, or anything to make your practice more comfortable. Mats are available to borrow as well.
