Stretch your body and calm your mind with an all-levels yoga practice with Louise. Class will end with a 5-10 minute meditation to help you relax and cultivate mindfulness. Suitable for beginners, all are welcome. You'll always feel better leaving class than when you walked in!
Bring water, and wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or you can borrow one from The Center.
Class is held in the Event Space - you can always check with the front desk if you don't know where to go. Please arrive 10-15 mins before class starts so that you can get settled in and we can begin on time :)
