Hatha yoga, suitable for all levels. * When you enter the Communities for Recovery building (on the ASH campus), please make 3 lefts to get to the yoga room. Take a left into the hallway, a left by the ladies’ room, then the first door on the left.*
Mats and props are provided, though feel free to bring your own.
