A wonderful space welcome to all levels & abilities to offer yoga. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to class to settle in & speak with the instructor (if necessary to inform of any sensitivities or accommodations). Class begins promptly at 6 pm.
All supplies are provided (mats, straps, blocks). Bring a water bottle & a blanket. Bring a friend, too!
Donations made to the CIC are accepted & greatly appreciated to continue to offer programs, like yoga, to the community. Give only if you can. Thanks!
