Hatha style yoga class. This class will focus on alignment and breath. A slower pace than a vinyasa flow where poses will be held for 4-5 breaths.
Bring your own mat and water. Blocks and other props will be provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in. Parking can bee found on the street near the studio or in the Carlsbad train station on lot.
