Yoga and meditation are powerful tools for healing the mind and body- for keeping us resilient to challenges life throws at us. We’ll engage with breath work and explore Sun salutations. Focusing in proper alignment and relaxation of our bones and muscles as foundation to evolve in our individual practice.
