Join us for this all levels hatha yoga class where we will incorporate some vinyasa flow as we link breath with movement. We will focus on posture and breath, which will leave you feeling relaxed and restored. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Students MAY bring a yoga strap, yoga bolster, or yoga blanket (a bath towel works just as well) if they wish to incorporate them into their practice. Yoga mats and yoga blocks are provided.
Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries or special conditions before the start of class. Enter through the back of the building, second floor.
