Start with an active flow connecting movement with breath to release energy. Then, come down to the mat and use props to rest in restorative poses that promote deep relaxation of body and mind. Suitable for beginners or advanced practitioners.
We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own blocks/bolster/blanket/mat if you prefer!
