This all-levels yoga class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, the class offers a mix of gentle movement, strength-building, and mindful breathing with options to modify or deepen each pose. You’ll build flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stress in a supportive, inclusive environment—making it a great space to explore your practice at your own pace.
All equipment will be provided for the class, but you’re welcome to bring any personal props that help support your practice. We especially encourage bringing a blanket for added comfort during stretching and relaxation.
