A foundation-level, Hatha-inspired yoga class to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner truth. Each week, we'll explore a simple teaching from yogic philosophy-like the Yamas and Niyamas (guidelines for how we relate to ourselves and others) or the Yoga Sutras (wisdom for calming the mind and returning to center). These themes are gently woven into our movement and breath practice, offering practical insight into both recovery and daily life. We'll close each class with space to reflect, share, and deepen the connection to your personal path and community.
