✨ Breathe, move, and find balance at "Queer Candlelit Vinyasa" at the AT Center. 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️🧘🏻 This yoga class offers a safe, supportive environment to explore movement and cultivate well-being. 💫 All levels and members of the community welcome. 💫

What to bring?

🍀Bring your own matt, but if you need one - just message me privately and I can bring you one. 🍀 Beyond that, it's best practice to bring a towel and a water bottle.
