This class is suitable for any level off experience, incorporating meditation, movement, and breathwork to unify the mind and body. We pull from yin and yang styles of yoga, while offering modifications and challenges to students.
Students MAY bring a yoga strap, yoga bolster, or yoga blanket (or towel) if it is in their practice. Yoga mats and yoga blocks are provided. Just bring an open mind!
Please inform the instructor before class if you have any injuries or special conditions. Entrance is located in the rear of the building on the second floor.
