Join me for a 60-minute Hatha Vinyasa Flow. This alignment based practice consists of steady, flowing movement from pose to pose, done at a slower pace with longer holds to support mind-body connection. All Levels Welcome.
We have a class set of Yoga Mats but you are welcome to bring your own.
Come with an open mind and comfortable clothes.
