Join us for Phoenix Barbell Club, where we focus on strength, technique, and community! Whether you're new to lifting or an experienced athlete, this class provides a welcoming space to develop your skills in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. An optional workout will be posted featuring any of the two Olympic weightlifting lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) or the three powerlifting lifts (Deadlift, Bench Press, Back Squat). Coaches will be available to guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all skill levels
Comfortable workout clothes. Flat, stable shoes (weightlifting shoes recommended if available). Water bottle. Wrist wraps, lifting belt, or knee sleeves (optional but helpful for support).
