Gentle Yoga for Mobility introduces somatic movements to down-regulate the nervous system while focusing on functional mobility throughout the body. This class is trauma- and addiction-sensitive with emotional and physical safety at the center.
Water, yoga mat (we have some available), comfy clothes.
This class is truly for all levels, even if you've never done yoga before. We like to laugh and have fun in this shared community. Please join us!
