About the event

Open Gym - Sunday morning 9:00 - 11:00 at The Phoenix - Las Vegas Community Center. Drop in. Have fun. Do your own exercise routine, or try the workout of the day (WOD). Music will be playing... we'll have coffee ready... AND reward yourself with fun stickers!! Grab one to celebrate that you made it into the gym

What to bring?

Bring yourself. Bring a friend who supports you in your recovery. (But sorry.... no pets, or anyone under age 18) We have bikes and row machines, bench press, free weights, kettle bells and more. Plus a yoga supplies rack with mats, blocks, straps etc.
