About the event

Open Gym - Friday mornings! Come on in and get some exercise. Lots of great equipment available. Do your own routine, or try the "workout of the day". Music will be playing. We'll have plenty of coffee brewed. And there are also fun stickers! Grab one to celebrate that you made it into the gym.

What to bring?

Bring yourself. Bring someone who supports you in your recovery. But... sorry, please leave pets at home. The Phoenix Community Center is outfitted with multifunction gym equipment including free weights, cardio equipment and yoga essentials.
