Phoenix Yoga is for every body and every level of experience. Movement is guided with the intention to cultivate awareness, connection and compassion toward oneself.
Wear loose comfortable clothes. All supplies are available at the studio and we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, blanket and props if you them, to ensure there is enough for everyone.
Refrain from eating a heavy meal within 2 hours prior to class. Bring water.
