Rucking is the action of walking with weight on your back. Walking with a rucksack or backpack is a low impact type of movement that is for all! Whether you have a backpack or not, join us for some community engagement!
Please bring water, sunscreen, and wear appropriate footwear. A 20 lb ruck/backpack is recommended.
