Simple body weight movements and hill repeats to prepare for Spartan Glory in March! Move at your own pace without pressure😀🧙‍♂️.

Special instructions

Parking for the Soccer Complex is off of Spring Mountain on the opposite side of the street from the community center and skate park. Walk past the playground and we’ll be at the hill at the edge of the park running along Durango.
