Tai Chi is "Meditation in Motion" for stress-relief, mind/body/energy harmonizing, calming, centering, increasing brain synapses, etc. Hosted by 6th Degree Kung Fu Master Tanisha Martin in her studio, 7-Star Phoenix, taught each Friday by her or her student and Phoenix volunteer, Ben Kellogg. Wear comfortable clothes to move in, but everything is upright, nothing extreme. Plan for bare feet (socks are ok). Bring a water bottle, or use our drinking fountain.
Park in the obvious main area of the parking lot, please don't park in the spaces in the narrow strip of parking at the east end of the lot. Enter at 7-Star Phoenix suite 110.
