This science-based somatic method is one of a kind; much more than yoga postures, it integrates many carefully thought out, researched and proven techniques in a very specific yoga sequence that can inspire a feeling of safety and connection.
Please feel free to bring anything to make yourself comfortable. A blanket, a pillow, a journal, and water to keep yourself hydrated.
